Making a Reservation

  1. You will need to make a separate reservation for each event should you want to attend more than one.
  2. The reservation system can only handle one meal selection at the time. You will need to enter a separate reservation for the members of your party who desire a different selection.

1An adult is an individual 13 years old or older.
2Kids are not counted in the "adult dinner seats" count.

 

Privacy Issues related to the on-line Reservation Database

  1. The Reservation information is needed to order the proper number of meals from the caterer, and to contact you in case of cancellation or major changes. The information will be used for the sole purpose of managing the current Friday Dinner reservations.
  2. This information is stored in a server location that is protected from normal web access. Only the NSC Staff (and the webteam) has the means to access the database.
  3. The weekly database has a "lifespan" of one week, and its backup file two weeks. No permanent records are kept beyond these periods.
