The Transport Canada Application For Pleasure Craft License form is available on line at: www.tc.gc.ca/marinesafety/debs/obs/menu.htm under their Quick Links's Obtain Licence Number.
One can apply at the Service Canada Centre Office at Lincoln Fields. You need:
- Bill of sale
- Application form
- Personal id
