NSC - Bylaws

Dear Member(s):

Due to the amalgamation between the cities of Nepean and Ottawa, we have had to revise the NSC By-laws. We took this opportunity to streamline and tighten the By-laws, and bring them in line with legal requirements for non-profit organizations, according to the Ontario Corporations Act.

During the Spring General Meeting on 26 April, 2002, The membership voted to replace the old By-laws with this revised version.
