Printing the Sailing Instructions in the 5x8 format.
If
you have a double sided printer than you should be able to print the
SI5x8 PDF file directly and have it come out as expected. Printing with
a single sided printer is a little more complicated.
What works for me is the following:
1. Specify "even" page numbers only and print in "back to front" order.

2. Take the printed pages from the out tray and "without turning or rotating" put them back into the in tray.
3. Specify "odd" page numbers only and print in normal "front to back" order.
3. Specify "odd" page numbers only and print in normal "front to back" order.
