Galley Events

The Galley Restaurant is open for business.

Effective April 23 the Galley hours will be as follows:

  • Mon to Friday evenings from 4pm to close
  • Saturday and Sundays – Noon until 8pm (exceptions may apply)

Galley Menu

Appetizers and Pub Fare

-Brushetta-$5.95
Diced tomatoes seasoned and tossed in basil pesto, garlic, sea salt and olive oil. Baked with feta cheese over garlic bread slices.

-Garlic bread and cheese-$3.95
Smothered in garlic butter and baked with a 4 cheese blend.

-Chicken wings-$9.95
Served with sour cream and cole slaw. Choice of honey garlic, mild or hot.

-Nachos-$11.95
Corn tortilla chips piled high with chicken, veggies, salsa and cheese then baked. Served with jalapeños and sour cream.

-Chicken fingers-$10.95
4 crispy fried chicken fingers served over a large order of fries. Served with coleslaw, pickle and plum sauce for dipping.

-Fish and chips-$11.95
Large portion of Basa breaded with panko crumbs and fried golden brown. Served over a heaping portion of fries, with tartar sauce, lemon wedge, coleslaw and a pickle.

From the Grill

Served with coleslaw and a dill pickle. Top it the way u like it with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and all the fixings. Available without sides for a $2.95 price reduction.

Sandwiches

(served with a choice of side of fries, sweet potato fries, or house salad)
Sandwiches can be purchased with the option of no sides for a $2.95 price reduction.

-Galley club-$10.95
Sliced chicken breast, bacon, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato and diced lettuce in a 9 grain bun with pesto mayo.

-Smoked meat sandwich-$10.95
Layers of smoked meat in a toasted 9 grain bun, with mayo and mustard.

-Pulled pork sandwich-$11.95
Slow cooked and shredded pork shoulder tossed with a tangy BBQ sauce with bite, in a toasted 9 grain bun, with melted mozzarella cheese and sliced gerkins.

-Spicy prosciutto-$11.95
Layers of soft, fresh sliced prosciutto, marinated spicy eggplant, sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. With pesto mayo in a 9 grain bun.

-Braised beef short ribs-$16.95
Slow cooked in beef stock, covered in a reduction of its own juices and port.

-Mango tuna-16.95
8oz tuna steak, seasoned and seared in garlic butter. Served under a spicy mango and green onion cream sauce.

Pasta and Rice 

(Finished with fresh parmesan, served with side salad and garlic bread)
May be purchased without meat for $12.95. Choice of daily pasta or garlic and shallot rice pilaf.

-Chicken and prosciutto-$16.95
Sautéed chicken, diced prosciutto, shallots and marinated spicy eggplant in garlic and sun dried tomato pesto. Topped with pine nuts.

-Spicy sausage and olive-$15.95
Sliced Italian sausage, kalamata olives, leeks and roasted red peppers sautéed in garlic butter, then deglazed and sweetened with a touch of port. Finished with a thick, rich tomato sauce.

Salads
(all salad may be purchased without meat for $9.95)

-Proscuitto caprese salad-$13.95
Sliced Proscuitto, leeks, boconcinni, spicy eggplant and fresh veggies over mixed greens with a balsamic dressing. Topped with parmesan cheese and pine nuts.

-Steak and blue salad-$13.95
Cajun seasoned steak, grilled and sliced. Served with red onions and fresh veggies over mixed greens with a creamy chipotle BBQ dressing. Finished with sunflower seeds and crumbled blue cheese.
