NSC Sailing School - Adult Courses (Dinghy, Keel & Power)

Please note that all Adult Courses are admistered by the Advantage Boating School.

Adult Dinghy Training (BASIC)

These learn to sail courses follow the CYA White Sail program.

Instruction will be provided using double handed dinghies.

Adult Dinghy Training (ADVANCED)

These learn to sail courses follow the CYA Bronze Sail program.

Bronze IV, open for students who have aquired White Sail III, introduces sail trim, boat tuning and advanced sail theory.
Bronze Sail V builds on Bronze Sail IV and introduces spinnaker use, boat maintenance,and advanced boat handling.

Instruction will be provided using double handed dinghies.

Adult Keelboat Training

These learn-to-Cruise (LTC) courses follow the CYA Basic LTC program.

Instruction will be provided using 22-24 foot keelboats.

Courses are offered on weekends, weekdays and weeknights.

Adult Powerboat Training

These learn-to-Power (LTP) courses follow the CYA Basic LTP program.

Instruction will be provided using a 17 foot (100 HP) powerboat.

Courses are offered on weekends and weekdays.
