Windsurfing

Recommended Age: 13 plus

Prerequisites: None

Description: Windsurfing is a program aimed at introducing fundamental windsurfing skills to participants. The curriculum includes rescue techniques, safety, points of sail and basic windsurfing skills. The goal of the program is to get participants comfortable on the windsurfing board Sailors wishing to achieve Sailboard Novice Level will require two or more one-week courses. An Intermediate Sailboard Level will take additional experience and time.

Length: one or two weeks depending on the selected option.
