Friday Night – The “Rock the Dock” Auction – July 15th at NSC
- 6:30 pm – Doors open for review of auction items. Bidding on silent auction items begins. Skipper packages available for pickup.
- 8 pm – Live auction begins.
- 9:00 pm – Silent auction closes and winners are announced.
Saturday – July 16th (at NSC/BYC)
Swim
- 7:00 – 7:30 am – Late registration at Nepean Sailing Club for the Bushtukah “Bring on the Bay” 3K Open Water Swim
- 8 :00 am – Swim begins
- 9:45 am – Awards ceremony and breakfast for swimmers at BYC
Fuller Family Fleet Salute
- 8:30 am – Registration begins for the Fuller Family Fleet Salute – Families and skippers should report to the main entrance at NSC.
- 10:00 am – Skippers and family meeting
- 11:00 am – Fuller Family Fleet Salute starts. It’s a pirate theme, so come dressed as your favourite buccaneer!
On-shore Children’s Activities (at NSC)
- 11:00 – 2:00 Fishing Pond, Face Painting, Crafts, Clowns, Reptiles, Games and many more activities for the kids
- B.B.Q. lunch (At the NSC)
- Free lunch for Easter Seals Families and Skippers, crew and volunteers
Saturday Evening Luau
- Arrivals starting at 5:30 at NSC (dinner served 6:30 pm)
- Guest moorings available at NSC
- Rally and fundraising awards
- Entertainment after dinner featuring the Richer and Rose Band
