Please note the Queens Park 1 Race originally scheduled for July 19 was run by BYC last weekend as they are running the National Capital Regatta this weekend. Due to a mis-communication, NSC was not informed of the date change. The NSC 2026 Sailing Instructions will be updated to the effect that Queen’s Park Race #1 is deleted from the races constituting the Interclub Long Distance (ILD) Series and the Womens Interclub Long-Distance (WILD) Series.
Due to the inclement weather anticipated for 18 July, we have made the decision to reschedule Commodore’s Sailpast to next Saturday, 25 July. Anniversary burgee pickup will also be rescheduled to 25 July.
This year’s costume theme is Gilligan’s Island. Think stormy seas, tropical islands, and, of course, the wonderfully ridiculous castaways from the classic 1960s sitcom.
