Volunteers Needed – Bushtukah Bring On The Bay Swim, July 15
NSC & BYC will host the 2023 Bring on the Bay Charity Swim on Saturday, July 15th @8am. We need your help! We anticipate 600+ swimmers plus lots of volunteers and spectators including two Ottawa Fire Rescue boats, 40+ kayaks, SUPs, canoes and 6 crash boats with 36 plus anchored boats/safety islands, one every 100m, along the 3000m and 1500m routes across the Ottawa River and into BYC. more…

Bushtukah BOTB Swim: Harbour Closure, Saturday, July 16, 0700-0830
The Bushtukah Easter Seals Open Water Bring On The Bay Swim is set again this year for the morning of Saturday, July 16. Please note that for the safety of the swimmers, the harbour entrance will be closed from 0700-0830, except for boats that are involved with this event. After the past 2 years’ hiatus due to COVID, we are again planning a real, live Bring on the Bay Charity Swim for Saturday, July 16th. Nepean Sailing Club & Britannia Yacht Club are the swim hosts. So far 13 families confirmed to participate this year, but only 3 skippers have signed up to take families out on the water.
