The Steerers Regatta offered valuable training, while the 4 Sisters C420 Nationals hosted the Canadian National Championship. The team&#8217;s outstanding performance and camaraderie made these events a memorable experience.<\/p>\n<h2>Steerers Regatta<\/h2>\n<p>The Steerers Regatta, held from July 20th to 21st, exposed the team to a competitive fleet of nearly 100 c420s, with 61 boats in the spinnaker fleet. Despite the challenge of facing larger and more experienced fleets, the team displayed remarkable resilience and secured impressive placements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joel &amp; Siqi: 9th place<\/li>\n<li>Luke &amp; Andrii: 10th place<\/li>\n<li>Thomas &amp; Nathaniel: 16th place<\/li>\n<li>Tessa &amp; Riya: 20th place<\/li>\n<li>Owen &amp; Danylo: 29th place<\/li>\n<li>Thomas &amp; Quinn: 39th place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>4 Sisters C420 Nationals<\/h2>\n<p>At the 4 Sisters C420 Nationals, held from July 22nd to 23rd, tougher competition arrived for this regatta and unfavourable light shifty conditions made the races very tricky. While facing challenges with starts and U flag penalties, their overall performance was commendable.<\/p>\n<h2>Looking Ahead<\/h2>\n<p>The team now eagerly anticipates the Cork Regatta, scheduled for August 8th to August 11th, where they will hope to Improve on their already great results.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Nepean Sailing Club race team&#8217;s achievements at the Steerers Regatta and 4 Sisters C420 Nationals demonstrate their talent and dedication.
