The Notice of Race section 4.1 has been amended and sections 13.4, 13.5 have been added to:
– add an Optimist fleet
– add Laser / ILCAs sailing as a single handicapped fleet
– combine Albacore and Fireball into a single Open Dinghy handicapped fleet.
