This year, Clubspot is being used for online registration, payment of fees, ordering of regalia and waiver completion.

Waivers
Note that a Waiver must be reviewed and signed electronically after payment of the registration fees. The Waiver is e-mailed from Clubspot. A copy of the signed Waiver is then sent back to the registrant, confirming registration. Crew members must also sign the Waiver. This can be done later, if preferred, also using Clubspot to update the initial registration. A boat is not registered until the Waiver has been signed. All Waivers must be completed no later than 1800 on the day before the first scheduled race.
Volunteer to help with NOD 2026
The Nepean One Design regatta is one of the largest in Canada and the biggest event of the year at Nepean sailing Club. Want to volunteer to help? We need you! There are many ways to support the fleets – on land, on water, you can choose. We look forward to working with you!

Regalia and Dinner Tickets
These can both be purchased during registration or at any other time. The regalia available this year can be viewed on the NOD Regalia website page.
Dinner tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis until we reach the capacity limit of the NSC facilities.

Regatta Information Table
There will be a regatta information table upstairs in the clubhouse during breakfast to assist competitors.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact the NOD registration coordinator. We will refund according to the refund policy in the Notice of Race:
- “Withdrawal prior to the fleet cut off deadline, entry fee and additional dinner tickets will be refunded less a $30 administration charge. Withdrawal after the fleet cut off deadline, no money will be refunded.”
Note that we are not handling cancellations through Clubspot.
