Managing the Directors Database
Director names, positions and Incumbents are managed using the protected Directors DB Handler script. This application is protected with the cPanel login Credentials (know to all the webmasters).
New directors images can be loaded within this application.
Adding A Temporary Member Credentials
The Members on-line database, aka Bluebook, is updated once a month from eXcel files emailed to Webmaster by the Office. Member(s) who joined between updates do not have access to the members’ private area until the next update.
The application Member Manager can be used to add a Membership Number, Given and Family Names to the Bluebook database, thus giving that user immediate access to the Members Private Area.

Updating the Membership (Bluebook) Database
The plain HTML file Bluebook Update Instructions contains the necessary instructions to update the Bluebook Members and Boats table using excel reports emailed by the NSC office.
