Are you interested in joining other members for a co-op masting session? Or are you already planning to mast with others and have room for an extra member/sailboat or two? Masting cooperatively with others is both faster and safer and is a great opportunity for members to meet and work together like a Club!
Experienced members Don Duchesne and Parke Davis are organizing a co-op masting session to take place, rain or shine, Saturday, May 11 from 8am to 1pm. Currently there is availability to mast 8-10 boats. Contact Parke Davis (parke.davis.pd@gmail.com) to sign up.
If you are already working with others to put up your masts cooperatively and have room to add another member/sailboat to your “gang”, let us know and, maybe, we can matchmake from our list of interested members!
For those who may not know it, you must have completed a NSC “crane familiarization” session if you plan to use the NSC standing cranes to launch, haul-out, de-mast or mast your boat.
