Be a part of the web team!
Do you like promoting community and good communication? We’re providing website training on Tuesday. Want to help out at NSC and connect even more with others? Public Relations is looking for additional volunteers to help create and steward content on the new NSC website.

What tasks does it involve?
With the new website just having launched last summer, we need help to
- receive web requests from NSC leaders and organizers, and post and edit content accordingly.
- creatively beautify web pages. Playtime!
How much experience do I need?
- It helps if you have web experience but is not necessary. Anyone can learn. The new version of WordPress is quite user friendly. No coding needed.
- We provide training to understand how the website works and NSC best practices.
How many hours would it involve?
- That’s pretty much up to you. You would want to be available for at least an hour a week.
Where can I get more background on what the website is about?
- For a quick and dirty overview, see the summary on our Website History page.
- If you’re interested in more of the technical side of how the website is managed, see our Standard Website Operating Procedure.
Who can I talk to for more information?
- Drop a line by email to Stephen Kidd, the Public Relations Director. Let’s talk and see what tasks might be the best fit.
