How to Submit Content
1. Website Posts
Ideal for:
Full event details, race and event reports, committee updates, photo galleries, “Spotlight on Members”
Submit via:
Website Submission Portal via the Website Help/Feedback button at the top of any webpage
Include:
Title and full text
One or more images (1200×630 px preferred)
Author name and contact
2. Telltale Announcements
Ideal for:
Short updates with links to full posts
Deadline:
Tuesdays at noon for Wednesday release
Submit via:
Email to telltale@nsc.ca
Include:
Summary (20–30 words)
Image (1080×1080 px)
Link to full website post
💡 Tip: Submit your website post first, then use the link in your Telltale submission.
3. OptiSigns (Clubhouse Screens)
Ideal for:
Visual event reminders, safety notices, club promotions
Submit to:
admin@nsc.ca
Include:
Image (1920×1080 px, landscape)
Short caption or title
Duration (start and end dates)
4. Social Media
Ideal for:
Photos, quick updates, events, member stories
Submit to:
admin@nsc.ca
Include:
Image or video
Caption (max 280 characters)
Tag suggestions (e.g., #NepeanSailingClub)
Spotlight on Members
The Spotlight on Members is a new feature we encourage NSC members to submit stories about other members that inspire and help us to learn and grow.
Ideal for:
Celebrating achievements, volunteer contributions, personal stories
Submit to:
Website Help/Feedback button at the top of any webpage
Include:
Name and role of the member
Short story or quote
Optional photo
Caution:
Be sure to have received the member’s permission

We prefer to receive images as follows, but if you need assistance, we can help!
