NSC’s Annual Meeting – Thu, Mar 21, 7:30 pm

The Annual Meeting of the Nepean Sailing Club will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 7:30 pm in the NSC Harbourview Hall. Below is the notice, along with the links to the AM docs.

Please register your participation at the Office between 6:30 and 7:30 pm before the meeting and join us for drinks and snacks (finger food provided by NSC).

Please note that in accordance with NSC’s Bylaw No. 1 (December 2022) as per Articles 3.4 and 3.5, a single vote shall be accorded to:

• Family memberships,
• Adult memberships, and
• Student memberships.

A voting member may vote by proxy as per the procedures established, which are outlined in the NSC Proxy Voting Procedure documents on the NSC Website.

2. Agenda for the March 21, 2024 meeting
3. Minutes of the March 23, 2023 Annual General Meeting
4. Audited Financial Statements of 2022/2023  (Posted 21 days ahead of the meeting)
5. Signed Audited Financial Statements Balance Sheet (Posted 21 days ahead of the meeting)
6. Report of the Nominating Committee 2024-25 (to be provided at a later date)
7. Procedure for Proxy Voting
8. Proxy Voting Form
