Buoys K1, K7 and K9 Are Back In Position

Update 2025-05-27: The Coast Guard has put buoys K1, K7 and K9 back in position.

K1

K1 is the large, green spar buoy located at the edge of the Britannia Shoal. Per https://nis.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/public/rest/messages/en/message/170591, this buoy is back in position.

K7

K7 is the Aylmer Island green spar buoy to the southeast of Aylmer Island. Per https://nis.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/public/rest/messages/en/message/170466, this is still missing.

K9

K9 is the Aylmer Island Light buoy to the northwest of Aylmer Island. Per https://nis.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/public/rest/messages/en/message/170590, this buoy is back in position.
