The Finance Committee is looking for one or more members to help the club find and apply for grant opportunities. We already apply for Canada Summer Jobs every year, but there are many more other opportunities out there that could support things like:
- Youth program development
- Able Sail initiatives
- Seed money for new programs
- Capital or infrastructure projects
- Training for employees
If you’ve written grants before or know your way around government, foundation, or corporate community funding, we’d love your help. This could be a one-person role or shared by two or three people.
