The Harbourmaster's Plaque was dedicated in 1987 by the Harbourmaster, Tom Winlow, for the winner of the Harbourmaster's Race. The plaque was designed and built by NSC member Don Chadwick.

It was first awarded in 1987.

Awarded For:

1987-Present: Winner of the Harbourmaster's Race.

The Harbourmaster's Race is a "Fun" race for big people in little kids boats. Initially it was sailed in Optimist dinghies, but since c2007, it has been sailed in O'Pen Bics. The start/finish line is between X & W docks, and the entire course is within the NSC Harbour.
