On Wednesday, 28 May 2025, the Membership Committee held the first of three new members orientation sessions. As part of the Membership portfolio, an orientation framework has been implemented to provide new members with an overview of the NSC’s club operations and activities (sailing and social). The focus was mainly on the NSC website and a tour of the facilities and grounds around the club.
Approximately 20 new members were present along with members from the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors. Our Commodore shared a few inspiring words before the presentation and tours began. Thank you to all who attended and to my committee for continuing to support the Club. For members who joined recently or were not available during the last Orientation night, there will be another session scheduled for mid-summer. Stay tuned!
