Dock Top Rebuild Project – We Need Your Help With D Dock!
We have officially started one of NSC’s biggest capital renewal projects since the docks were installed. All of the wooden decking and underlying stringers must be replaced. PHRF-LO, the keelboat racing handicapping authority, has changed the requirements regarding main sail measurements. Effective this year, boats which have not measured their mainsails will have an additional 3 seconds per mile applied to their handicaps. more…
