This year’s event features a new format with communal seating and vibrant food stations — designed to encourage mingling, connection, and celebration.
In preparation for Awards Night, please consider nominating someone for one of our Special Fleet Awards, which include the Commodore’s Cup, Boole Trophy, and Dumper Plaque; or for the NSC Annual Volunteer Achievement Award, aka, the NAVAA.

The NSC Awards Night is not just a date on the calendar, it is the pinnacle of our club’s racing season! This year, we’re set to make it a night to remember on Saturday, November 16th. The evening will be a celebration of our shared passion for sailing, featuring an awards presentation, a delicious meal, and the chance to share our most memorable sailing stories from the season.
Come celebrate the fantastic 2024 sailing and racing season with friends, crew, and fellow members, and honour your fellow members on Saturday, November 16, in the Harbourview Hall. The evening comprises a buffet dinner starting at 1830, followed by the Fleet Captain’s review of the year and the awards ceremony emceed by NSC’s own Matt Davidge & Leonore Evans beginning by 1930. New for 2024 we are hoping some members will continue to celebrate the season, socializing and sharing stories, or perhaps even venturing onto the dance floor!
Plan to arrive after 6pm to buy your drinks & wine for dinner, stake out your tables, and catch up with fellow sailors and crew. Dinner will be buffet-style.
