At NSC we’re known for our great parties. Sailpast 2011 is sure to be a memorable one!

We kick off at 12 noon with a burgee presentation at the flagstaff to honour our club’s new Flag Officers, past Board members and those celebrating 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of membership.

At 2 pm we meet out on the water to salute our Commodore in the time-honoured tradition of a Sailpast by luffing our jibs as we pass his stern. That will be followed by a spinnaker parade, for those who have them.  (Sailing instructions will be available at the bar.)

At 4 pm,  meet back on the deck for cocktails.

At 6 pm, enjoy a Tex-Mex feast presented by the Galley and your very own Social Committee, followed by live music and dancing.

The theme for the day is a pajama party … so get those oufits ready and prepare to let loose! Think PJs, slippers, curlers, bedding, nightcaps (both kinds), etc.
