NSC Status, May 22 (Updated)

Many thanks to James Pole for his quick legwork last eve and this morning. Further update (read more) more…

North Masting Crane Down for Maintenance

The North Masting Crane had to be shut down on May 6 for some unplanned maintenance.  We appreciate the poor timing here but it can’t be avoided and our supplier can’t service the crane until the week of May 9.  The main cranes and the south masting crane are still available.

Crane Familiarization – 10 October 2020

A crane familiarization session will be held at the North crane on Saturday, 10 Oct at 11:00 AM. On arrival, please sign up with Parke Davis who will lead the session. As a reminder, training on the NSC cranes is mandatory for members wanting to use them for haul out or for taking down masts. The boat, “Erin’s’ Way” will be used as the training vehicle. Face masks are mandatory.

Reminder: Crane Familiarization 12 October 2019
