The International Association for Disabled Sailing (IFDS) has just published their end of year 2014 world rankings. In the one person 2.4mR class, NSC’s Christine Lavallée is currently ranked 31st, and Aaron Wong-Sing is ranked 34th.

It is with great sadness that we report the passing of longtime NSC member and former Harbourmaster, John Mann, skipper of Tanzer 7.5 “Trivial Pursuit”. A Celebration of John’s life will be held at NSC on December 4th, from 4-7 p.m. His obituary is available on-line.

The NSC Awards Dinner takes place on Saturday, November 22nd. Check out the menu. The evening starts with dinner at 6:30 pm., followed by awards beginning at 7:30 pm. MC’d by NSC’s own Matt Davidge. On-line reservations end Thursday, Nov 20th, at noon.
NSC will again host an Ontario Sailing sponsored Club Judge Training Seminar & Test, running 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 15th.
