Alymer Island Volunteer Cleanup a Success!
This past Sunday, NSC assisted in transporting volunteers to Aylmer Island for a shoreline clean up. 13 volunteers from Ottawa Riverkeeper and Deep Blue Cleanup and three boat drivers from NSC removed 44 pounds of garbage and a derelict fiberglass dinghy. FANFARE 2021 Report: Camaraderie and Big Breeze
Our small boat regatta FANFARE (FAntastic Nepean FAll REgatta) 2021 ran 11+12 September. We had a strong turnout of 38 boats. The breeze was on (seriously) and the water was still comfortably warm for small boat racing. Results are here.

Members asked to remove items in yard by 30 September
In preparation for the Fall yard cleanup, members are asked to remove any items stored in the boatyard other than registered boats, cradles or trailers no later than 30 September. There will be a yard cleanup after this date and items not attached to a registered boat, cradle or trailer will be disposed of.
