    July 02 at 14:30. Please be advised that the NSC Clubhouse has been flooded and is without power or functioning washrooms. It will not be accessible before or after racing tonight.

    Several of the NSC RC boats also flooded yesterday, and our bosuns are still working to get them operational again. As a result the Thursday July 02 JAM Race has been cancelled.

    Britannia was not badly affected by the storm and expects to run the Thursday 02 July One Design Race. Subject to weather conditions, as always. Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the Ottawa area for this afternoon and evening”
