The 2022 NSC Sailing Awards Night takes place Saturday, November 19. Winter Speaker Series 2023 seeking speakers, camera operators and video techs
This upcoming season the Winter Speaker Series will be held as live presentations in the Harbourview Room with simultaneous broadcast over the internet. For this we are looking for speakers to share stories, experiences, expertise, between January and early April. We also need volunteers to help out as a camera operators and video directors, switching between views in the course of each weekly talk. Now is the time to get involved! 2022 Harbour Close
The NSC harbour will be closing on Nov. 11th 2022. Please ensure that your boats are pumped out before then. If your boat is on W dock, the east side of A dock from A-02 to A-44, X-31 to X-40 or the West side of A dock and the East side of B dock, please make arrangements to haul out or find another location in the harbour. Both NSC cranes will be winterized on the week of November 21st.
Yard closure to vehicles on Saturday October 29 – morning only
October 29 is the Annual NSC cooperative haulout day for some trailered boats. To make the process run smoothly, the Yard will be closed to vehicle traffic. Members can still access the Yard on foot and use dock-carts. The group anticipates being finished by noon and access will return to normal.
