The NSC Pinhey’s Point Race ran Sunday, June 26, in near perfect conditions: winds were out of the south at 10-15 knots at the start, and built slightly to 15-20+ during the race. 19 boats, including 6 PHRF and 13 JAM boats made the 14 Nm trip up to Pinhey’s and back. Olympic Circle Yellow Race Marks, + 2 New Ones, now installed
The yellow race marks that comprise our “Olympic Circle” have now been installed, along with two additional marks: Q mark has been installed 1.4 Nm due north of NSC’s harbour entrance, near the Quebec Shore, and QP mark has been installed off Queen’s Park. more…

Access Gate Issues
NSC is experiencing problems with its gate access system and some members may not be able to open gates (west gate, main dock, washrooms, etc.) until further notice. The west gate and gate to the main dock will be propped open until 2100. Thereafter, members may not be able to access the club. more…
