Online Race Registration – Detailed Steps

Follow these steps to register for racing using NSC’s online race registration portal if you are an NSC member:

1. Visit the  NSC Member Area
2. Log in with your member number (include the hyphen) and password. If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password. After creating your new password, close your browser and restart by clicking the link above. This step is not required if you have registered in previous years or if you have made crane bookings using the online portal.
3. After logging in, access the main Member Area and from the top menu bar select Club Events
4. Interclub racing 2026 registration is Event #91. Click in this window to open the event and select Create a Reservation.
5. Select your member name from the drop-down menu, and in the event menu, select either:
   1. Race registration W/PHRF   (Total = $44.25), or
   2. Race Registration NO PHRF  (Total = $0).
6. Click PAY NOW on the bottom right of the screen and complete the race registration form. This information is unchanged from previous years. When all the agreement boxes are checked, click on the  FINISH button to return to the main reservation screen.
7. Click to Proceed to Checkout – confirm the total payable ($50.00 for PHRF only) , and select the (default) CREDIT CARD option. Enter your credit card details on the next screen. Complete registration by clicking on MAKE PAYMENT.  and then APPROVE.
8. If you have no PHRF fee to pay, at Step 7 select the MEMBER CHARGE button (the member charge will be shown as $0.00) and complete registration by clicking on APPROVE.
9. You will receive an email confirmation with the information you have provided. The same information is sent to the Chief Registration for processing. If you do not receive an email, your registration has not been successful.
