Race Marks Table:
The table below contains the GPS coordinates of all our race marks used for Interclub racing. This information may be downloaded as an Excel file. As of June 2020, the race marks B, G, and H are missing, and A is approximately 350 m SE of where it should be. S Mark is also approximately 90 m East of its designated location. Thanks to Tony Latus for leading the effort of refurbishing and updating our Race Marks, as a joint BYC/NSC/CVGR effort.
Race Marks Chart:
The image below is a screenshot of the Navionics Charting App. All Race Marks have been added to the Navionics App at the coordinates noted above. The screenshot was edited to add the red text.
The image below shows the NSC & BYC “Olympic Circle” of Racing Marks. As of June 2020, the racing marks in position are believed to be: A, C, D, E, F, S, and P; B, G, and H are missing.
Racing Marks Chart:
The image below is a chart of the NSC & BYC Racing Marks, that dates to the 1990s. As noted above, not all of these marks are still in place, but the above chart does not show the location of S and P marks, which are in position, as of June 2020.
The image below is a depiction of the courses used for the Nepean One-Design (NOD) Regatta.
