The NSC yard will be closed to regular vehicle traffic beginning Tuesday, 11 October.
As you make plans for haul-out, please keep in mind that the club prefers you store your mast on top of your boat over winter. The mast storage racks are not for general use and you need permission to use them – please read on for details.
If you plan to use the standing cranes at NSC to launch, haul-out, de-mast or mast your boat, you must have participated in a “crane familiarization” session. If you haven’t done so already, signup is done online. A crane familiarization session will be held at the North Crane on Saturday, October 1 at 8:00 AM.

Woohoo! The Yard Gate is now fully operational! Members are asked to resume using their gate passes to gain entry to the yard. Thank you to James Pole for overseeing and assisting with the repairs and to our Members for being patient throughout this process.
As a reminder, vehicles are permitted to park in or use the yard under the following conditions:

Saturday, July 16th, began with bright sunny weather and calm, near-perfect conditions for swimming for the 15th annual Bushtukah Bring on the Bay Open Water Swim in support of Easter Seals. After a 2-year “COVID” pause, almost 170 volunteers came out to support the swimmers.
Repairs to the East vehicle Gate are expected to happen in the first two weeks of July and, until then, the gate must be manually operated.
